Hypertension and other Cardiovascular diseases, Autoimmune disorders, Cancer, Macular degeneration, Migraine and Cluster headaches , Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Diseases etc. is increasing due to the constant Oxidative stress .
Health and vitality can be maintained by the right Exercise, Relaxation techniques and Balanced Diet .
In our Wellness Centre we are employing Aerobic exercises, Diet Therapy, Yoga and Indian Reflex Techniques to destress the body and also conduct training sessions for maintaining fitness and health.
Aerobic exercises include Cardios, Pilates and Tabata .
Yoga sessions include Asanas and Meditation. Music, Dance and Relaxation therapy is good to ease the mind and to attain peace and solitude which is the foundation for Health and Vitality.
